Our 24/7 telephone, online chat and video counselling services are staffed by professional counsellors, psychologists or social workers who have experience working with a range of social and mental health issues.
What you will be doing
- Meeting existing contractual obligations through the provision of timely, accurate, easy to understand, up to date reports
- Running complex reports from existing databases, analyse and interpret the resulting information
- Writing and producing business (analytical and contractual) reports for all existing funders using the resulting information
- Adding value to existing clients and enhancing client engagement by:
- Interpreting data and turn it into meaningful, useful and actionable insights and recommendations which can improve client service and On The Line business
- Measuring and monitoring business outputs against organisational and contractual requirements
- Assisting the Commercial Relationships and Contracts Manager in assigned duties to ensure external contractual KPIs and internal objectives are met
- Turning data into insights
- Writing and producing whole of business reports to Board, CEO, Executive and management
- Gathering data from external and internal sources; analysing those data and applying suitable analytical methods to draw out major gaps and issues, as well as key themes; and translating that into useful and easily understand content for various target audiences
About You
- Must have relevant tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Business Analytics, IT, Statistics or related field
- Must have demonstrated experience in business analysis, reporting, data modelling and process analysis which has resulted in value added recommendations and options to the executive management team
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, process mapping and cost modelling skills
- Demonstrated abilities to source data from various databases and analyse large datasets to write comprehensive reports
- High level written and verbal business writing skills with experience in communicating key insights from critical analyses
- Strong technical skills with experience in call centre technology including telephony and CRM Platforms
- Prior experience working in the Public Sector, Healthcare, Services Outsourcing, Not for Profit industries is desirable
